"I just moved to the Austin area and had a request for some paperwork from my previous homeowners policy. Derek went above and beyond and took the time to search and dig up a claim from 2018, which was something I could not find. I appreciate how he not only found the information but also took the time to send it and resend in a PDF document per the request of my realtor.
